We are able to rapidly make modifications, perform maintenance, repairs and overhauls on molds that we make, aware that all downtime of our customer’s machine has to be as short as possible.

Mold testing

Following assembly, the mold is put on the mold test press to check that all the closures and movements are perfect. We test the extraction tables using the ejector and internal slide movement using the hydraulic control.

Dimensional check

The dimensional analysis of the piece validates construction of the mold and the parameters used in the mold test. This is don with the certified measuring machine, model DEA Mistral 100707, located in a controlled constant temperature environment.

Molding cycle

The mold is tested on the same types of presses requested by the customer for large-scale production in order to be able to provide adequate parameters. If requested, pre-production molds are made, and in this way the mold is tested under the working conditions to which it will be used so that any improvements to be introduced can be identified.
